Do you take insurance?

I am an out of network provider. However, I will provide you with the necessary documentation so you can submit for reimbursement from your insurance company. Many people are eligible to get some reimbursement, to various degrees, through their insurance via out of network benefits, and I recommend you contact your insurance company prior to treatment to discuss your coverage for behavioral health services.

Where do you practice?

I practice in the state of New York.

What form of payment do you accept?

I accept credit cards. Payment is due at the time of service.

It is so important that you feel safe and heard in therapy, and that starts with determining if we are a good match. During your free 15-minute phone call consultation, we’ll see if we are a good fit, discuss what you’re hoping to work on, and begin to talk about how treatment might look.  If we decide to schedule a session together, I view our initial intake appointments as time to learn more about you, your current symptoms, past treatment experiences, and goals. Sessions are typically scheduled once per week; I do offer intensive options, which we can discuss, if applicable.
